Conflicted- I do really like this gown...but I would have to drive over 2 hours away to try it on.  For fun, lets find out what the majority thinks of it....

I persoanlly love it, I like simple gowns and I really like belts.  

I would hate for you to not try it on because people are not into that style.  I hate many of the dresses brides have on the site.  I usually don't say anything becuase I think it's mean to make fun of something someone loves and has already bought.  

You will be wearing the dress not random people on the internet.

I agree with pp. I think if you don't try it on you will keep thinking about it and always wonder how it would have looked.

Make the drive and try it on.  You never know what it will look like on you.

I don't think it's underwhelming at all. My dress is styled very similarly to that dress...and it has pockets.

There is nothing wrong with a simple dress. What matters is how you feel in it. I agree with everyone else...you should take the time to go try it on...I think it will be well worth the time just to ease your mind. Good luck!

nicolegreen - OMG I LOVE the dress you linked major WOW factor- to me the two are NOTHING alike. I'm very underwhelmed by the OP's dress - just too $99 sale type dress - however it would be really good to wear for a trash the dress session where  simple with nothing to accent your figure is needed.

By all means - try the dress on! you can never ever tell by the model's pic what it will look like on YOU

Definitely go try it on! I think it's beautiful, and I love the detail around the waist. You'll always wonder how it may have looked if you don't go try it on.
