Just Venting

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses on Saturday. Between Saturday and Tuesday I had to contact the company several times because they didn't have the order right and because I had changed the size of one of the dresses and they got that wrong too. Tuesday, I emailed the manager and said I was considering cancelling my order because of their awful customer service. That night, when I got home from work, I had an email from them showing they had completely cancelled my order. When I talked to them, they said I had requested them to cancel my order. Needless to say, I was beyond frustrated.

I emailed my bridesmaids and told them what happened. So now, I've chosen the colors and are letting them choose the styles. In the long run, it may work out better. I'm good with that. Just really annoying.

On the one hand, I can't complain too much. I don't have annoying parents or inlaws trying to control the wedding planning. And this is really the first thing that hasn't gone well. So it could be worse.
