li have hair that I perm once a year to give it some body. My hair is not really damaged from the perm because I use Infusium 23 to keep it healthy. My wedding is in September and I plan on getting the perm in late July to give it time to relax. The issue is that for the wedding I want to get some highlights. (I have never had any type of color on my dishwater blonde hair.) Will it be ok to get both? Should I get one done first and the other later? I have never done much at all with my hair.
