Wedding Colors

My fiancee and I have decided on doing green and orange for our wedding colors. Not sure about the specific hues but I've always wanted my bridesmaids to wear black dresses, although as of know I dont have plans to put black anywhere else. Do you think that this would be okay? Thanks for your help.

I think it will be lovely.  Just bring out the accent colors in their bouquets.  Not everyone looks good in green and/or orange but I think everyone looks good in black.

Green and orange are great colors together! They'll work well with black too and I wouldn't worry too much about incorporating black into things. It will probably just pop up- a little bit on things like text really goes a long way. You can also incorporate sashes or really cool jewelery to bring in the colors onto the dresses if you want (emerald colored jewlery with black is amazing if you ask me).

I think it will be just fine.  Have them wear jewelry that is maybe orange or green.  If not, the colors in the flowers will pop and look good.

Absolutely! You can bring the colors in with the flowers, accessories, shoes, you name it!

If the men wear black suits, then there you go.  Black is incorporated.  The attire doesn't have to be the colour of everything else.  You could get some fabulous jewellery and have them carry orange and green bouquets.
