I've been toying with the idea of a second, shorter dress for the reception. I'm having a destination wedding in Mexico and the ceremony and reception will both be outside, so I'm thinking I may want to change in order to be more comfortable. My gown for the ceremony is taffeta, not that heavy or anything, but it's a mermaid shape and not necessarily the easiest to dance around in. What are your thoughts about purchasing a second dress for the reception? Those of you who have, where have you found your little white dress?
