Does AA do Exchanges?

I don't see it anywhere in my contract. The new Cinderella dress is gorgeous! I wonder if I can exchange my Belle dress.... Does anyone know whether Alfred Angelo accept exchanges? I know returns are out of the question.

Formalwear, but in particular, wedding gowns are almost always never returnable or exchangable.  You can call the salon and ask, but I would bet that they will say no.

Based on the amount of "regret" posts I have seen on this place, I totally get why Bridal gowns aren't returnable! LOL.

You might discuss it with that store.  At times stores can do that, there will be a restocking fee but if you are nice and explain in person it might work.  I know a friend did that with a local store and it worked.
