Idea's for BM Gifts and BM quesitons- low budget wedding

I'd like your idea's that you did for your wedding, I'm not sure what to get the girls...
I work at the salon that i'd like them to get their hair done, so I thought of buying the gift certificates for that, and getting something else.  The girls are buying their own dresses- i didn'tknow if it was rude to ask them to get the shoes too.  What Do you think? Idea's please!

    A piece of jewelry, engraved, is a great gift for your bridesmaids.  you can spend a little bit or a lot, depending on your taste and your budget.  For the engraving, you can either make it a keepsake from your wedding by engraving your names and wedding date or you can make it personal for them by engraving their name or something like "Friends Forever" or "Live, Laugh, Love or just about anything
