I just ordered my dress (yay!) It's strapless and dips a little in the back. And it just occurred to me that as I am getting married outdoors late September in Maine, I might be a little cold... average temps are usually in the 60s at that time of year, and my dress isn't very thick. It's pretty much the lining, the satin dress, and the lace overlay. No extra padding, no tulle etc... The dress has a matching bolero but I hated the way it looked (way too much lace - as much as I love the lace on the dress, I felt like I was wearing an oversized doily on my back). I feel like another, simpler kind of bolero might be the way to go, but I can't seem to find one anywhere. I really want to wear a veil (fingertip length) and I don't want to hid the sash.
The dress is a champagne satin with an ivory lace overlay (pics below). Does anyone have any suggestions?
