Veil with side bun/chignon?

I'm planning on wearing my hair in a low side bun. I'd appreciate some advice on what type of veil would look good with that style. I've been trying to find pictures of side buns with veils, but all I can find are pictures with birdcage veils or with a flower in the bun. I actually think the flower with it is gorgeous, but I was hoping to wear a veil for the ceremony.
I love the look of mantillas and lace-edged veils, but would it work with my hairstyle? Or would it look funny to have my hair sticking off to one side?

I've seen pics of this before, but I do agree with you that they are hard to find. I suggest a really simple veil, with no hairpiece, just a comb. and you just slide it into your hair just to the center of your bun (like if your bun is on your left side, slide the veil in your hair just to the right). a good hairstylist can also help with suggestions.

I think you could easily wear a flower and side chignon.  Then put the veil comb in above the chignon in the middle of the back of your head.  After the ceremony, just take off the veil and it will be gorgeous.

That's how I plan to wear my hair(but centered). My veil is very simple and just has a comb. I like my veil better when it is flipped over the comb rather than hanging straight down from the comb, so I will put the comb a little above my chignon and flip the veil over. I hope that makes sense. I do not enjoy wearing the veil so it is coming off about 10 seconds after we kiss.
