Need Ombre Fashion Advice

So we've decided to have aqua/blue/turquoise as our color with accents of red. I have 4 BMs and I want them to wear varying shades of aqua to create an ombre effect. What should the MOHs wear so that I can make them distinct from the rest of the BMs? My first instinct was red, but will that be too off?

Also can't decide what colors to have our moms wear. Since we're doing aqua + red, what should they wear?

I think if she wears red, it might be a bit jarring. It could look nice, but she might end up sticking out more than you even if its a really bold type of red. The line up might also start to look ike a flag.  If you're trying to do an ombre effect, just have her at an extreme, she'll stand out. You can even do something like a larger bouquet to make her stand out more. 

Your moms can wear whatever they want. IF they ask for color suggestions, greens, neutrals,yellows, and maybe oranges would look good (it depends on the color red), however you cannot dictate their outfits.

I agree red would be too shocking. People will know they're MsoH. Are you writing it in the program? You could also do different flowers in their boquets. I wouldn't stress about them having too many special touches. 

PP is right, you can't dictate what the mothers wear. I suggest asking them to go shopping with you.
