I found a gorgeous dress really cheap and just wanted to know if anyone else has used this site?

It's a chinese knockoff site.  Read the FAQ at the top of this page.  The picture of the "gorgeous" dress you see is not actually what you will get.  It's a seamstress trying to recreate that dress from the photo.

Also, if you look right below your post, there is a bride dealing with her nightmare order from weddingdressbee.  Another chinese knockoff site. 

If you are on a budget, consider buying a preowned dress instead of risking it with a knockoff website.

maybe a knock of site  but i ordered from milanoo.com and happy with my dress  no problems and i'm sure the same type of  chinease website  so not all  knock off sites are bad news only a few...
