Flower girls

Who is suppose to pay for the flower girls dresses? The bride or the parents of the flowergirls? I'm not sure pf the proper ettiquette.

I bought my flowers girl dress only because I saw it and thought it would be perfect it was on sale for 20 dollars at burlington coat factory

Talk to the parents and see what they want to spend. Then either find a dress in their price range, pay the difference if you like a dress over their price range, or pay for the whole thing yourself if you want.

Traditionally, the girl's parents pay.

Usually the girl's parents pay but you can certainly offer to pay all or part of the cost.

My flower girl is my daughter so naturally I am paying. But when she was a flower girl in my sister's wedding, I paid for that one too.

Find out their price range first.  If you want something that's out of their range, you should cover the difference.
