Officially had my 1st wedding nightmare....plus a vent...

So, I had a dream that FSIL's dress didn't fit...She had gained soooooo much weight that you could see all the rolls and she was bulging out of the dress....it was horrible...She isn't much bigger than I am but I was freaking out on what to do...where can we get a dress to fit her...

She is one of the last 2 to go pick up her dress...I don't know if she is going to be able to afford to pick it up, and FI & I don't have the extra funds to pay for the rest of it (I don't get paid time off, so we have to save everything because we'll be gone 5 days for our wedding, then I'll be off work for 9 days in august...so every little bit counts right now)...

Also, I sent out a FB message a month ago to have the guys get measured for tuxes by the 16th because orders needed to go in by Wednesday....FI's flakey BM is the last one to be measured and still hasn't gone...I told FI last night that he has had X amount of time to do it, he doesn't have to pay for a damn F***ING thing (I don't use the F word that often) and my mom forked out the $40 for deposit and shoes...she didn't have to do that...I am beyond livid...the least he could do is go get fitted for the tux by the time we asked him to...I'm sorry, I may sound like a bridezilla right now, but this is the only time I think I have....we should have just let it be when he said he wasn't going to be able to make it...UGHHHHHHH!!!!!!  I'm just livid.....

EDIT: added vent.....Is it really that hard people to put the prepaid stamped envelope in the mail???  We're still waiting on 60ish guests...if you're not coming that is fine! sorry you can't be there, but at least let us know whether or not...I don't want to have to call people or have other people call to find out if you're coming or not...

Thank you..end rant..I'm going to the pool & to reread twilight...that will make me happy...just wish you all were here with me to hang out at the pool...

awww I am sorry LM, I hope things getting better with your WP and they get their sh*t together.

As for the pre-paid stamped envelopes I couldn't agree more with you!! We are waiting for almost the same about of people and our RSVP date is Saturday so I know how you are feeling. I swear people should get their sh*t together. It is not that hard to put the stupid thing in the mailbox!!!!!

Knottie pool party would be fun! It was 90 degrees here in San Diego yesterday! Funny how I make sure I am always in a strapless top now. My biggest pet peave is brides or bridal party with the dreaded bikini top tans.

I feel you on the rsvp's and groomsmen not going to get fitted. We are giving our guys until this Friday to get fitted. They have known since February and it takes like 5 minutes! The only guys that have gone have been my dad and brother. If they don't get fitted in time, then that is my cue that they have taken themselves out of the bridal party, just if one of my bridesmaids didn't buy her dress. I hate feeling like I have to nag my FI to tell the groomsmen! I've made it this far without being a bridezilla, but not sure how much longer I will make it! lol!

I know we are tracking down 25 people right now for RSVPs and they are being pains in the butts too.  We also got our first, can we bring our kids?????????????

I also had my first WR nightmare, it was the morning of the wedding and we had no programs printed or anything and I was freaking out.  Maybe that is my subconcious saying I should start working on them and stop procrastinating!

That sounds terrible!  I'm sure it won't come true though!   Very frustrating especially since it's your FSIL!

About the GM, maybe it's his way of saying he wants out?  That sucks that he's being so stupid though!  I feel like I'm constantly on FI about different things recently but he's being such a good sport about it!  Know why I love him more and more every day because of this shiiiiit.

I totally agree with you on RSVPs!  I really want to call all the people and call them jerks for not using the stamp I gave them!  Our date was the 14th but we're way down in RSVPs that we need from last week, 12 more for 38 people.  And three of those 12 I know aren't going to send in an actual  RSVP because they never got an invite (stupid post office loosing mail) so I had to give them more time and they're just going to tell us instead of sending another invite.

Michelle, good luck with the programs!  I have to do my still too!  Such a PITA!

Yes, the BM backed out a few months ago because his wife is sick & doesn't know how she'll be whent he wedding comes around...but he changed his mind...so ya...IDK....it just makes me mad...
