We went to check out some tuxes yesterday. The Sales Rep asked about my dress and I said I'll be wearing an ivory dress. He said that the guys should definitely get ivory shirts for their tuxedos otherwise my dress "will look dirty".
They didn't have anything but a Look Book in the store so we couldn't see anything in person. We think we are going to put Groom and Fathers in all black tuxes/vests and then the GMs in black tuxes with cream vests.
I thought the ivory tux shirts looked too dark even though they were ivory. I'm not convinced they will match the same ivory of my dress.
Did anyone else have this issue? Thoughts on our potential color combo?
