I'm using Catherdral of the Pines then having my reception at the best western.  The pines is a tad expensive, but I've heard you can use the cost/"donation" for the ceremony as a tax write off because it's a non-profit organization.  The people there are really nice and depending on what time of year you get married (we're doing later in Sept) it's BEAUTIFUL!

My photographer Affordable Memories Photography also suggested a park in Keene for our engagement pictures, I can't remember the name right off the top of my head because we won't plan our session for another month or two but I think you could do a cheaper ceremony there.  Good luck!

you could try the ashuelot river park for pictures.  google art in the park, keene, to get an idea of what it looks like.  good luck.  feel free to msg me if you have any keene questions.  i live here (getting married outside of boston tho)
