Where can I buy long evening dresses?

I want to know where I can buy long evening dresses, not the ball gown. These dresses I would prefer to be under $70 in the juniors section. Does anyone know if http://www.dressca.com/ is legitimate?

Any department store like Macy's, Dillards, Belk, etc.  These should be fairly easy to find any time of year in ladie's sizes, so depending on the age of the "junior" you are looking for, a smaller size should fit okay (though a shrug or shawl might be appropriate).   If you wait a few months, stores will have "homecoming" style dresses for teenagers.

I found a long evening gown recently at the BCBG outlet and occassionally you can catch good sales which will put things near your price point.
