Shoe help -- I can ONLY wear wedges :/

I'm having the hardest time finding shoes for my dress.  I need at least a 4 inch heel, and I'm in LOVE with this year's platforms but because of issues with my feet (surgery on both feet, no arches, need LOTS of support) I'll need to wear wedges.  So, ladies, I'm in search of some rockstar wedges.  I've searched Zappos, Piperlime, J. Crew, Steve Madden & 9 West...  All I've found are these:
