Dress woes- creating sweetheart neck??

i'm down to 2 dresses and am being **rediculously** picky and can't decide.
(it was so much easier to choose the man! haha)

I'm 95% in love with Mori Lee 2302 (http://www.morilee.com/bridals/bridal/2302) It's very 'me' and I love everything about it -- except that its not a sweetheart neckline. everytime i try dresses on, the unanimous vote is that i look better in sweetheart dresses since i'm an athletic build and have wide-ish shoulders. the woman who was helping me couldn't really tell me how it would look if i asked them to alter it to a sweetheart neck - she kept saying how "It probably wont turn out the way you want it to, but then again i'm not a seamstress".  the sample was a size too small, but even so, there's only about 3 or 4 inches at the neck to play with before you hit beading. so even if they COULD alter it, it wouldn't be a deep sweetheart (i think i'd be okay with just a little one though...i think! lol)
i'm a little worried that i'll buy it, and then not like it.

i have a 2nd dress option that i'm about 85% in love with - Casablanca 1832 http://www.eastgreenwichbridalonline.com/Casablanca_Bridal_Gown_1832_p/1832.htm it looks a lot better on me than in pics.  its pretty and sparkly, but not entirely 'me', though i do look good in it. casablanca can easily create the neckline i want.

....so i guess my question is do I...
1. go with Mori Lee with a straight neckline
2. go with Mori Lee and take my chances with them creating a sweetheart
3. find another store that has the Mori Lee and ask for a second opinion (nearest is probably about an hour away)
4. go with Casablanca even though i'm pretty sure I like the mori lee dress a little better

any ideas would be helpful. I KNOW i'm being a little rediculous, but i just want to make sure i'm happy with the decision. =)
thanks ladies!
