We are having a budget casual wedding- so we were planning to allow the groomsman to wear their own nice black suits (all are professional so they have nice suits- and I will have them all send us a pic of them in the suit to be sure that it will fit with the other guys)
Anyways- we wanted to let them wear their own suits so they don't have to pay for rental- and then just all buy a matching tie/vest whatever we decide to match one another. My FI has a nice suit from Express he will be wearing, saves a lot on cost and we know it fits him really nicely.
So- how would you incorporate navy blue (our color scheme) into a black suit? I figured it would look odd for it to be a navy undershirt, so should we just do a navy tie/vest combo? If we just did a tie (no vest) would it look too much like homecoming? Or incorporate navy into the bouts they will wear?
