Bra issues!

My dress has straps that are off the shoulder and I'm a 38 DD. I totally forgot about needing some sort of undergarment, any suggestions? I get fitted this weekend so i need a quick fix! I live fairly close to a davids bridal but i'm not sure what to get! Help!

Stay away from the foam long-lined bras.  When you get hot they stretch and you will need all the support you can get.  Look for a long-line strapless with boning.  It will stay put and offer the support you'll need.  I think the Lane Bryant's lingerie store (I forgot the name of it) should have the perfect size for you.  You'll probably have to special order from places like VS because they tend to carry the smaller sizes in the stores.

Agree. Definitely go for something with boning. Last time I checked, Fredrick's of Hollywood had a decent selection of bridal undergarments, with boning, in all sorts of sizes.

I agree, longline bra with boning.  I ordered mine from the David's Bridal website.

Lane Bryant's lingerie department is "Cacique", and they make a couple of non-longline strapless bra that I find does OK -- it's what I'm wearing and I'm the same size.

My friend recommended getting a steel boned corset. I am thinking this would be pretty and functional. It would offer much needed support plus i could take in my waist a little. :-P
