Where Can I Find these Shoes

Hi everybody,

I came across this picture a few months ago on here: http://media.theknot.com/ImageStage/Objects/0003/0020699/large_image.jpg and I pretty much fell in love with those shoes right then and there. I fell so much in love with them, in fact, that when it somehow managed to disappear from my bookmarks, I spent hours and hours browsing images on The Knot trying to find it again.

If anybody knows how/where to find them, PLEASE let me know! It's driving me nuts lol.

I used to have a pair of black shoes very, very similar to those (if not identical). I believe they were purchased at Belk, a southern department store. Unfortunately that was more than 5 years ago.
