Can someone PLEASE tell me who this designer is

I've seen this dress on a few blog sites (that describe it in very broken English) and none give any credit except for one. That particular site claims it's from the Anais Color Collection. I've Googled it so many times, tried Googling the description and everything. Some of those Chinese "factories" have the knockoffs but I refuse to go that route. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It looks like one of the dresses on the Vera Wang White collection. It's one of my favorites!!!!

I love that one too, they have it at David's Bridal. If I can't find this particular one I'm gonna get the one from DB.

The designer is Model Novias, and it is style number ZN310.  I didn't see that particular one listed on their webcite, so I don't know if it is a new dress or an old dress.
