I found a website called "Dress Times" that seems to copy wedding and bridesmaids dresses, from all sorts of designers, including Amsale, and J. Crew.  Much less expensive than the originals - has any used them?

just like everything else, you get what you pay for.  with a discounted price is going to come a discounted fabric quality and overall look.  i just dont think it's worth it to gamble on something like this.  id give some of the preowned dress sites a try before going this route  (preownedweddingdresses.com, bravobride.com, recycledbride.com, oncewed.com).  good luck!

Yup, some have.  I would use extreme caution if you're going to go that direction.
