Suggestions for an upbeat father/daughter song

I'm looking for an upbeat father/daughter song to dance to with my dad. I know we're both going to be emotional and I don't want to cry! Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm how about "I hope you dance"?  Its a little more upbeat than the traditional "Butterfly Kisses".

My friend danced with her dad to "My Girl" and not only was it super cute, it was a litlte more upbeat then some more traditional songs.

I love the My Girl suggestion! "I hope you dance" makes me cry.

I"m actually using "Baby's got blue eyes" by Elton John.  That song came out when I was born and my dad would always sing it to me.  It's not the traditional song but I think it has more meaning.  Maybe you could do something that's special to you and your dad, even something that always makes you think of him or vice versa?

If not I'd have to go with something like my girl or "isn't she lovely" a little more upbeat.

Thanks everyone! "Isn't She Lovely" came to mind earlier in the night and it was stuck in my head for hours... maybe that's a sign :o) I also like the "My Girl" suggestion. Decisions, decisions... as if I don't have a enough to make already!! :o)

I was talking to my dad about this recently and we were thinking of "Isn't She Lovely" as well.  We wanted to do something sort of non-traditional, but still sweet.  I think it could be cute.

Just another suggestion here... DH and I danced to "How Sweet It Is" by James Taylor... it's upbeat and could work for a Father/Daughter dance too...

    GL!
