So this may be a bit awkward, but my hubby-to-be is trying to find a way to hide his possible "excitement" during the wedding ceremony. I asked the lady at the tux shop and she just giggled and said something about how tux pants can create an illusion. I'm not really talking about the "illusion," I'm talking about the real deal. Does anybody have any tips to help save us some embarassment? Any body dealing with the same issue?
Re: Hiding groom's "excitement" advice
Edit: I just asked my husband for advice, and he pointed out that black is very slimming.

This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.
Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284
[QUOTE]...What does your ceremony involve that you're so concerned about your FI getting a stiffy at the altar? Are you wearing one of those see-through dresses? I'm honestly curious, I've never heard of this being a problem.

Do someone need to be wearing something slutty to get a reaction out of their significant other? I'm not saying he'll be walking around with a giant "stiffy" the whole time, but he thinks the rush of seeing me when I walk down the isle may invoke a response...I'm not trying to be childish and I would appreciate if others would do the same.

Hey Betsy,

Don't worry - your FH isn't weird... he's not the only guy who can get aroused easily. Think of it as a compliment that he is so attracted to you!
My FH is always ready in a heart beat - a WORD can do it to him. He has perfected "the tuck"... it is exactly what it sounds like. I would try suggesting this to your FH.
Hope all works out well!

I agree w/ Opalsky, though- I suspect he'll be just fine!
[QUOTE]I asked my husband, and he said that your FI should just rub one out before the ceremony. But he's also never heard of this being an issue.

This. If he is that easily aroused, this should help him to not be so horny.
