Brides: what are you wearing to your bridal shower????

My bridal shower is in 3 weekends and cannot find anything to wear!  Any suggestions?

Mine is in a few weeks, too, and I plan to wear a light blue dress from JCrew. It's sleeveless, so I'll bring an ivory cardigan in case it's too cold outside. I had considered the sweaterdress option, but it would be too casual for my taste.

I wore a cream silk top, skinny black pants, and boots to mine. It was in March in Indiana, so it was pretty cool. I think I wore a black peacoat as outerwear.

I purposely had my first one in August because I wanted it to be a tea party!  I wore a cute sundress.  For the one next weekend, I'm wearing a nice sheath dress.  I'm not getting married until December, so I'm kinda early.

For you, I think a nice dress will be fine!

My first shower (I have one in CT and one in MA) is next weekend, and I'm wearing a short dress and sweater.  Same to the one in MA, probably.

Mine is this Sunday--chilly here, so I am wearing a casual red dress but dressing it up with jeweled red shoes.  I agree that sweaterdress and boots would be perfect for a fall shower!  That way guests will feel comfortable whether they are wearing jeans or dressed up.

Mine is a week from Saturday, but it's still 90+ degrees here, so I'll be wearing something light and airy (possibly a sleeveless dress).  Mine is also in the mid-morning, so it will have a slightly more casual feel to it.

I like the sweater dress idea, its a dressy casual type of outfit that wouldn't make under dresses people feel out of place. Mine is this Saturday, its still warm here so I'm wearing a navy dress with pink, purple, and tan flowers. I got it from target, its not that short on me though.
