Dessy Aubergine Bridesmaid Dresses

I am looking for bridesmaid dresses in aubergine/eggplant color. I like the look of the Dessy aubergine dresses on their website and the color swatch that I saw at my local bridal boutique. I haven't been able to see an actual dress in person, though. Does anyone have experience with Dessy aubergine dresses? What is the color like in person? I saw one post that said that the color was more royal purple in person instead of a deep, dark purple.. I want chiffon dresses which I'm afraid might appear lighter in person. Any comments or pictures of the dresses in real life would be greatly appreciated!

I'd have to agree with the Royal purple comment, we used these in our guys ties.

Thanks. In these pictures it looks just about why I am going for. I'm thinking the color probably varies in different lighting.

Order a Dessy swatch. I did that and got a better sense of how the colors worked together. I also took them outside in a couple different lights to see if they changed. A little neurotic but I'm comfortable that I know what I'm getting. The $5 swatches are very small though. You may want to get the $15 ones.
