I am completely torn between these two looks for my bridal party. The girl's dresses are set in stone, but I'm debating on the color of the groomsmen's vests.... please let me know what you think! the link to my planning bio is in my siggy if it helps you get an idea of my wedding theme

I would do champagne or gold with any color boutonniere. I'm not a fan of peach or pink vests on guys.

I would say go with all pink. Though I do like PP's suggestion of champagne color for the vests.
