    How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning? My fiance is super involved. He formatted the budget, helps with all the little detials and we discuss everything together. Even though I do most of the finding of items, he always provides his insight on what he is thinking. It is OUR wedding not just mine.

    What is his number one must have item for the wedding?     An open bar. This is tricky with the budget we have set, but that is his number one priority currently. He is willing to skimp on other things if we can get that open bar!

    How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning?
    He's, in fact, very involved in all wedding planning up to this point. He wants to be apart of every decision that's made. I appreciate that because afterall it's our special day - not just mine.

    What is his number one must have item for the wedding?
    His number one must have is good food and an open bar. He so appreciates good food, as he's quite the cook himself, so that's why the menu options have to be reflective to his standards.

    How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning?
    My fiance has been involved in the planning of our wedding every step of the way. Although I'm predominately the one who seeks out ideas and is finding the vendors, he has been wonderful with sharing his thoughts and opinions with me. His top priority is that I get the day of my dreams, but it means a lot to me for him to have his say as well. We've interviewed all of our vendors together, sat down and picked out invitation styles we both like, and I made sure to find out what dress styles he does (and more importantly, does not) like before I chose mine. 

    What is his number one must have item for the wedding?
    The number one "must have" for our wedding wasn't an item, but the people we chose to be closesly involved in our day. My brother and his brother-in-law are two of his groomsmen, and his sister is one of my bridesmaids. It was very important to both of us to include our families in the wedding party. He also came up with the idea to have our officiant be his brother-in-law's father, who also married his sister and brother-in-law!

    My fianc is pretty well involved in the wedding planning actually. Having his input is important to me because the wedding is for both of us, not juste. : I handle most of the items but he has a big part as well. His number one must have item was lots of good food and drinks!! Lol

    Extremely little. I run everything by him so that he knows what is going on. But he leaves all the decision up to me. So trusting :)

    Me! And that's actually his answer not mine. All he wants to do is speed things up so we can be married.

    1.  My FI is pretty involved. He likes to know what's going on, and he enjoys helping make decisions. But he doesn't do any of his own research.

    So far my guy is excited and gives his input! I'm thrilled bc what he wants matters to me. Ultimately he wants whatever I want though so there hasn't been any huge disagreements yet.

    </div><div>How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning?  My fiance is in the military and currently deplooyed overseas, so he isn't here physically to help in the wedding planning.  However, everything I look at and any decisions that need to be made are handled via e-mail.  We make every decision together and he is very interested and involved in the wedding plannng process!</div><div>

    His number one in the wedding besides family is definitely the suit. He needs a great tuxedo and tried to design his own, but couldn't do it.

    1. I would say my fiance Ryan is not very involved in the wedding planning process.  I hear from my girlfriends how helpful their fiances are and it kinda stinks that mine really isnt interested.  Ryan was very vocal about wanting a 'different' kind of reception venue.. he didnt want to have it in an old ballroom so that made searching for a venue extremely long, difficult and costly in the end.  He doesnt seem to have much of an opinion when I ask him what he thinks about this or that so I've had to start a wedding blog to get feedback from girlfriends.  I'm also on the knot community boards a lot to get feedback from other brides.  I do drag to Ryan to meetings with vendors because I'm scared that I wont catch something and later on he might be upset that I signed a contract I shouldnt have or whatever.
    2.    His number one item that is a must have for the wedding is a grooms cake.  Unfortunately, he hasnt picked a cake design so this might be a difficult task for him!

    My fiance is not too involved in the planning but insists on being in the know of what's going on. He likes being updated and he gives his opinion when I'm struggling with a decision.

    His number one must have is some sort of camoflage in the wedding. He would prefer it as part of hs tuxedo, but he'll take it wherever he can!

    1. My fiance is very supportive of all the things I do to prepare for the wedding, but he only gets involved when he knows it's important to me. Most importantly though, he listens to me when I want to talk about planning and is patient when I want to show him pictures. That involvement is the most important kind to me.
    2. I am his number one "item" for our wedding day. I really don't think he cares about any of it, except for the fact that I'll be there. And I'm ok with that!

    How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning? My fiance isn't all that involved. I am pretty much doing everything and occassionally I will ask his opinions. But he says he'll be happy with whatever I choose :)

    What is his number one must have item for the wedding? His number one must have item for our wedding would be a great tuxedo so he can look his best!

    Pretty involved. He always has really creative and fun ideas to incorporate into our special day. And is a pretty good sport about discovering that most ideas have already been done ;)

    He is pretty involved. He attends all the meetings and calls to get information and book a lot of places. He even helped glue rhinestone to each invitation!

    Extremely involved and very proactive about the whole thing. I'm very lucky and couldn't do it without him. It's OUR day.

    How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning?
    My FI helps with somethings but I generally have to drag him around to get the important things done.He didnt know you actually have to pick out items when you register so it took a while to get him to actually go register.

    What is his number one must have item for the wedding?
    FI must have for the wedding was really good food. He wants everyone to remember the time with family and the amazing food!

    How involved is your fianc in wedding planning? My fianc has been extremely supportive and involved in making our wedding day everything we both want. He has been there for every part of the planning process with the exception of picking my wedding gown. He has had so many great ideas that I never would have thought of having. Our day will really reflect who we our and what our relationship truly represents. What is one thing he says is a priority to have at the wedding? My fianc has no particular items or ideas that have to present on our special day. His only requirement is that the day represent us and that it most importantly be fun and memorable. As he says it's not what you have at the wedding, it's the fun and memories that are made that really make the day special.

    How involved in your fiance in the wedding planning?

    My fiance hasn't been too heavily involved in the major planning of it, but he is always excited about helping me make those little decisions.  He didn't complain when we had to schedule our venue visits, and he's been really excited when we've discussed our wedding themes.  I know he's not terribly concerned about wedding colors or decorations, and would rather head to the food tastings than discuss napkin colors.  But at the end of the day, he wants to make sure that both of us get the day we've always wanted and he'll do whatever he needs to to make it happen.

    What is his number one must have item for the wedding?

    My fiance is a HUGE comic book/superhero fan.  So, aside from ensuring all of our family and friends are there for our big day, I know he's looking forward to treating all of his groomsmen with superhero t-shirts to wear under their tuxes.  It'll be his way of making his mark on our big day.

    I consult him on final decisions only! He has to have Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle socks for all the men in the wedding party and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle grooms cake!

    I have given him certain tasks - DJ, ceremony music, groomsmen attire - and he seems pretty happy to just stick with that and not get in my way!

    He honestly just wants us to throw a ridiculously fun party for all our friends and family.

    Almost just enough! He has shown interest in every decision so far, but tends to be a little too concerned with spending too much money. That's why he is the perfect balance for me, because I need a reminder every once in a while that money doesn't grow on trees!

     2. What is his number one must have item for the wedding?
    Willie the Wildcat, mascot for Kansas State University. We met at K-State and both are big fans of everything KSU, especially Brad!!

    For question one I would say he is involved when I ask him questions. But, I usually always initiate planning. For the second question his must have is us getting married. Everything else is simply a perk.

    More like one must NOT have item--boutonnieres! He can't stand them and would much rather have nice pocket squares to finish a clean look.

    1. My fiance is involved but his involvement consists of me saying do you like this? What color do you like? And him responding with yep looks great, whatever you think!

    He loves music. After attending my cousins wedding were there was a wonderful live band, he is dead set on having a live band as well. His love of music is motivating him to make sure we have wonderful music at our wedding!

    He is more involved than most grooms, but not into everything. Food/cake and stationery he could care less about, but with a lot of stuff like photography and venue he wants to talk over  before we decide, since it is OUR day, not just mine.

    His number one must have to the day is a classic car for the getaway. And I don't mind having it.
