Has it hit anyone that they're actually getting married?? If so, when??

I think mine was when we changed our bank accounts. That was a huge shock for me!!

I felt it a bit yesterday when picking up my dress but I think it will hit even more when we get under the 100 day mark and send out the invitations.

well everytime something else gets done i keep saying 'NOW it feels like were getting married"... I don't know when that will stop... maybe when we say I do?

A little bit when we talk about the wedding being July THIS year. Or when we work on our invitations. But I guess it hasn't hit full force yet.

Yes. I keep thinking about how for my last year of nursing school and for graduation - my last name won't be the same and I'm like "Ah!"

I'm excited though. :o)

Dress buying tomorrow! Hopefully I find one!

a little bit when i found my dress....a little bit when we booked our honeymoon....but no, not really!!! it still seems mystically far away (even though we are almost at our 6 month mark!)

This. We have written our ceremony and next week we go for our food tasting but in a lot of ways, it just seems like we are planning a big, fun party but I am sure it will hit me the week of everything when I am running around like a crazy person.

It has sort of hit me but I don't think I've had time to digest it all. This year will fly by probably. I think it will majorly hit me after I get out of tax season, I'm almost in tunnel vision on that until April 17th.

The fact that we're having a wedding, that's what I've been aware of all the time. The fact that after that we're really married, hit me yesterday. I've been booking hotels for our honeymoon this weekend, and I was emailing about some details with a hotel, and then I realised that when we'd meet the person I'd been emailing, we'd actually be husband and wife. I really enjoyed that sensation.

Don't get me wrong, I know that being married is more important than the wedding itself. I'm really looking forward to it, and FI and I have been talking a lot about what that means to us. It's just that suddenly it got way more real.

I don't feel like it has hit me yet. I got my dress, rings and have been printing my invitations etc. and getting a few diy projects done..... still has not hit me. Though it was a bit weird going with Fi to pick out the rings.

There are times when it does, and times when it doesnt. The more little things that I accomplish, the closer I feel like it is, like invites, centerpieces, jewelry, etc.

Buying wedding bands was a big step for me. Seeing the band underneath my ring, and seeing a ring on FI's hand was wierd and exciting at the same time.

It partially hit me when I bought my dress. I think the next time it will hit me is going to be mailing my invitations, and probably when it gets to like a month or two before the wedding.

I little - each time we get a check...

But more so yesterday when my neighbor yelled across the street "CONGRATULATIONS!!! - WE CAN'T WAIT FOR THE WEDDING!!" She was literally that enthusiastic about it and it was awesome !
