Wedding dresses <$500 in Maryland

I am looking for a wedding dress and don't want to spent more than $500.  I've called several boutiques, and none of them seem to have dresses in this price range.  The only place I've found with dresses in this price range is David's Bridal, but I wasn't in love with any of the dresses I tried there.  Any suggestions for places I could find a good selection of wedding dresses under $500 in Maryland? 

I'm looking for a long dress that is form fitting through the hips (sheath/mermaid/trumpet) with a sweetheart neckline, preferably not a shiny fabric, pretty informal, with as small of a train (or no train) as possible.

This is in downtown Bethesda, and I don't anything except what I've read on their website, but try the charity St. Anthony's Bridal. You can buy a gown for $150.

ETA: you can also get a bridesmaid dress in ivory, but some manufacturers will charge extra for one ivory dress.
