What To Wear W/ Dress

I bought my dress a while ago and quickly fell in LOVE with it!  When I bought the dress, I got the veil with the same lace detail as well for free.  I have since found my wedding day hair and am I'm in the process of pulling everything together.  I do, however, need your help with a decision on the hair...

thats the same hair style im doing i am doing only a plan cathedral length veil with mine. then at the reception putting a flower or clip in not sure yet but have your stylest put in the clip and veil and see what it looks like and just keep trying things till your happy

My vote was for both, but I don't mean both at the same time.  I think you should wear the veil for the ceremony, then switch to the clip for the reception.

Both at the same time!! You will look like a bride and it won't be too much, but simply elegant, and just right!

I said just the veil, but I like pp idea of wearing the veil for the ceremony and the clip for the reception.

I am not a traditionalist in some ways - I say no veil!  I am not going to wear a veil.  Don't get me wrong - they do look beautiful on people!  I have loved all of my friends veils....

I know there are some veils that don't hide a hairstyle...but those that do - I just don't understand why you would pay someone $100+ to style your hair and then pay a few hundred more to cover it up with a veil?  I tried on a veil when I was out dress shopping and it made me feel like a nun.  I am doing real flowers - white orchids, I think.  That is an option too.

Out of the two options you listed, I agree with the majority.  Wear the veil during the ceremony and then switch to the clip.  Both are beautiful options.
