I need a pink necktie for my 4yr old ring bearer.  Found some listings at Amazon, but none are actually sold by amazon.  I'm looking to spend less than $15 since it will never be worn again.

You should be fine dealing with a seller through Amazon. I use them quite often and I always pay with my PayPal account this way if you do have an issue it's easier to dispute and get your money back. Good Luck.
