Anyone purchased a dress from this website?

One of my cousins did and they turned out really nice.  However, I've read just the opposite with other people so I would be careful.

Bad experience with that company! do not use them! the dress is not made to your measurements as they claim, and you cannot return it! i have had issues with them from day one, and the dress was made out of poor material, you cannot get in touch with customer servce unless you act like you are going to buy something from them!
