Making a veil, Seamstress Recommendations in North NJ?

Hi All!
My mother is generous enough to cut up her wedding dress so I can use the organza skirt as my veil. Can anyone recommend a seamstress in North NJ who can help us with removing it from the rest of the dress and making it into a veil?
