Modcloth?

Hi ladies. I'm trying to sort out finding new BM dresses, because I found out that the website we were originally going with is a huge steaming pile of...well, anyway. So I found an absolutely gorgeous dress on Modcloth.com. I just need someone to tell me their experiences with this website. Did you have any problems? Do they have a reliable return policy? Thanks!

Modcloth has some of the best customer service I've encountered on the web.  The only thing I would say is that if the dress doesn't fit, you have to make a point of returning it quickly, because they will occasionally run out of sizes, and since their clothes come from indie designers, they don't necessarily get restocked as quickly as a traditional store.
