So - since my search for seasonal employment has failed me and I've always felt like I should be bettering myself and the world in some way - I've decided to do some volunteering in conjunction with my full-time nursing school.
Do any of you volunteer for any organizations - local or national?
) I use to volunteer for an animal shelter - but it was sooo disorganized as far as the volunteers go. I can work independently - but I need some direction!
Right now I'm leaning toward some sort of hospital volunteerism, homeless shelter/food pantry or girl scouts. Quite a range - I know.
