Help!?!?! My dress is too big! Alterations in MN?

I got my dress in the mail yesterday and it is WAY too big! I've lost 35+ lbs since I purchased the dress so it's quite large.
I'm concerned about alterations because the bust going around the top to the back is covered with beads and I can't see how a seamstress would work around the beads without wrecking the entire dress.
Should I purchase a new dress (smaller size) and sell the one I got yesterday and chance it with a seamstress?
Anyone know of a great seamstress in MN (St. Paul / Minneapolis area) that would be up for a challenge?

Hope we can help you but we on Dallas, Tx.. just an avice when you find a seamstress ask if she is also a dressmaker beliveme the knolege from dressmaker will make the huge diference, we got lot peaple the came pacnic because the alterations person already work on the dress and now they don't have more time to doing rigth.
