Your dress is stunning! I would do an elbow length veil with scalloped edges, and small detailing along the edge. Nothing too much, and not scattered rhinestones throughout, just a little something. I think if it were just plain it would look too blah next to the gorgeous work on the bodice.

WIth all the detail on your dress a simple non-embellished veil would be my choice.

I think it depends a lot on personal preference.  What do you like?  

Personally, with this dress I would probably wear a cathedral length veil, but it also depends on your ceremony venue, ect.
