so there is no contact informatino. origional dress was suppsoed to take 16 weeks and took almost 19 weeks to finally get here today. there was a hole in it that was unreparable so they are telling me they have to resend it off to order another andt hat ELLA refuses refunds - my wedding is in 12 weeks! i can not find contact information for ella anywhere and there is NO way i can risk not having my dress for obvious reasons and it was way too expensive to just go get another. any suggestions? i didnt change my mind, it was ruined and im literally cornered with no other choice to make srue i have a dress on my wedding day. this is just my luck!
and pls dont say i should have ordered earlier lol 6 months should have been plenty - and how does a dress have a hole if it was just made?! so frustrating
