Canadian Bride looking for royal blue, or dyeable shoes

I am looking for a good website where i can order some pretty, blue or dyeable wedding shoes...I have found a few sites, but they do not ship diretly to canada, making the shipping costs about almost as mush or more than the price of the shoes! 

Do you have experience with any site/ suggestions of where to look? all the stores in my area (very few) do not have nice shoes

Also, i would like for them to be under 100$

I was going to suggest Zappos too...  but, I checked and they don't ship internationally.

They have several brands of dyeable shoes under $100, and they will dye them blue for an extra $20. Shipping is free too!

Where in Canada are you?

There are some blue shoes at the David's Bridal in Mississauga (and lots of dyeables) last time I popped in.   I couldn't find what I wanted there and ended up driving down to Buffalo and going to DSW in Walden Galleria.

Canada sucks for shipping 

Also look on the Coloriffics site -- they sell dyable shoes and have a list of retailers on their website.  Maybe there will be one near where you live?
