Winter Destinations?

Is anyone planning on a destination wedding? I've been trying to figure out some amazing winter destinations. We aren't really looking for the typical beach vacation wedding, we want something a little different. Just curious if anyone has been looking for the same thing.

    What about somewhere just a touch warmer, but not tropical? Like, Sicily or Capri? or somewhere like Spain?

    Personally, I'd do it in Ireland. I think the churches there are beautiful and you just can't beat a simple green landscape... although the landscape may not be green in december?
