Vegas shows

SO I found out today that I am going with H on a work trip to vegas soon, and I would really like to catch a show one of the nights we are there. Do you have any recs of great shows, or warnings about crappy shows??

Cirque du Soleil's "Ka" at MGM (Check to see if there's a Groupon/LivingSocial deal for this)

"Phantom of the Opera" at The Venetian

Those are the only two shows I saw while I was there for a conference in August, but they were both great. I really wanted to see Cirque's "Zumanity" but I was with my SIL and didn't know if it would be uncomfortable since it's a burlesque show lol

Awesome show! I can't say enough about it.

We also saw "Peep Show" while we were there. Not sure how comfortable you are, but its a great show, very funny and entertaining. And yes, sexy.

My parents and brother saw Cirque du Soleil's "Love" and, well, loved it.  That one's on my must-see list.

This is by far my favorite.  I've seen it multiple times and it just gets better.

Phantom of the Opera.  Apparently the show ends this September, so better see it while you can.  H and I are planning to go up this summer for that exact reason.

Ditto: KA and LOVE those were both great!
La Reve at the Wynn is awesome, its a water show. Avenue Q is no longer there : (
Personally, I liked the Viva Elvis show at Aria, but I have heard mixed reviews.
I have also heard great things about Phantom and hope to see it before its gone.

I would love Phantom of the Opera- but H would not. I do really want to see one of the Cirque shows- never have before, always wanted to. Avenue Q looks like it is in NYC right now.

And the peepshow site is blocked at work, lol. So I guess I will be looking that one up later

"Love" is so good. I reccomend it.

I dont think you can go wrong with any of the Cirque shows. I've only seen KA, but I'm ready for more!

We saw Cris Angel's Believe because we got a good deal on tickets, it was AWFUL! I wouldn't go again if it was free...

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Cirque shows.  If you're into something a little sexier with your H then see Zumanity, its sort of a burlesque type Cirque show.  Some people are comfortable with that, some not.  I've never heard of anyone not liking a Cirque show they've saw

Last time I was there my girl pals and I went to see The Thunder From Down Under.  Pretty sure your hubs wouldn't enjoy that!! haha
