Ericcaah...

I just notice a post and saw your ceremony location.  I am getting married at St. Joseph's also.  When's your big day?

We're getting married at St. Joes in 4 weeks - on April 24! When is your big day?! Who from St. Joesph's is marrying you? Thanks for your message - it's nice to meet someone else getting married there!

We are getting married on October 2.  We will be having co-officiants.  Fr. John will be  officiating but also my FI's dad is a deacon in southern MA so he will be doing the actually marriage aspect including vows.  I have a question, what are you doing for church decorations, such as flowers?  The church is so small that I don't want it to look cluttered.

Oh sounds so nice! We're not doing any flowers at all at the Church, as it's shortly after Easter and it will still be decorated for the season. We're doing simple pew bows though, as the aisle can look very dark for pictures. I think small bouquets on either side of the altar would be beautiful, though!

butting in! i had my wedding at st. joe's last summer! fr. john did my ceremony as well! i actually don't think i did anything special, minus a bouquet of flowers beside the altar in rememberance of those that could not be with us on our wedding day... i love the church because it is so charming! they had some decorations up for the season (a heart wreath on the door and daisies hanging from the walls), so you may wanna find out if anything will be up ahead of time! good luck to both of you!!!!
