My dog has been chewing on himself, right on his back, over his tail. The fur is gone, and he's basically chewed it raw. Has anyone had this happen with a dog before? What could be wrong? Is there anything we can give him at home to make him stop itching? An antihistamine or something? I'm worried about him.
