Halloween Candy

What was your favorite Halloween candy to get as a kid?

Edit:  I didn't say what mine are, lol.  Reese's and carmel apple suckers.

  • Reeses.  Love.  Love love love.

Chips were always such a let down.  They take up so much room and you only get a few.

I had a neighbor when I was little that would make special popcorn balls for the kids that lived close.  She would color them our favorite colors and make them flavored for us.  I always got a yellow colored, strawberry flavored popcorn ball.  My sister always got a green, blueberry popcorn ball.  She was my favorite lady in the whole world :)  All of the other kids she would give store bought candy.

  • I always loved anything chocolate, especially kit kats. I hated getting Tootsie Rolls and still hate them. I also liked lollipops and gum. I miss being a kid, when I could chew gum for longer than 5 minutes without pain.

My mom never let me eat anything that wasn't wrapped, including fruit.
  • We had a neighbor that gave out full candy bars - Snickers, Milky Ways, and a variety of other ones.  I loved stopping at that house!

I'm completely with you on this one.  I love Reeses but there's just something about the big, shaped ones that is delicious.
