  • What are you doing to keep yourself on track? I took everyone's advise and took the weekend off of wedding stuff. That has caused me to find my center and to re-motivate my diet and exercise as well as figuring out the rest of the wedding.

    What is your favorite workout right now?It's a combination. I'm finding I love the high intensity interval training workouts in Self Magazine from the past two months. I also love going to my yogalates class.

    What is your favorite snack? My newest obsession is raw and roasted almonds together and a piece of baby bell cheese

    How did you resist the urge?? I cheat on weekends but still workout. As long as you follow a plan 80% of the time, you will still see results.

    How did you stay motivated?? I think about how I want to wear a bikini on the honeymoon

    What are you doing to keep yourself on track?  I am trying to control my eating.  It is really easy when FI isn't around because I am not distracted or tempted to go out to eat.  He has been working late so I have been making good things for dinner.
    What is your favorite workout right now? eh, I haven't been doing much.

    What is your favorite snack?  I love avocados so I make a salad with them, cucumber and tomatoes.  I also really love Pop Chips.  They satisfy my need for carbs with way less fat than regular chips.

    How did you resist the urge??  I try not to buy things that will be bad for me.  If I really crave something, I buy enough for one serving so after the craving is over, I won't have more of it.

    How did you stay motivated??  This sounds silly but I started shopping at Whole Foods and I feel so much better about what I eat so I feel like it's paying off.  I spend a little bit more but I think it is worth it and the vegetables are much higher quality.  With the change in mood, etc, I feel motivated to keep going.

  • What are you doing to keep yourself on track? I have been keeping track of everything I eat and all my workouts. Also have been cooking a healthy dinner for everyone every night. 
    What is your favorite workout right now?
    FI and I started P90X last weekend. We plan to do it until the wedding. I figured since we have exactly 3 months, why not!
    What is your favorite snack? Fresh berries and lowfat string cheese or yogurt.
    How did you resist the urge?? I think about how good I want to look on my wedding day and honeymoon. I also think about how I looked 3 years ago today. I have this photo on my FB of me in a bathing suit before my last child. I hate thinking that I don't look like that in a suit anymore :(
    How did you stay motivated?? I have said this before, but doing it all with my FI makes such a big difference. And now that we are doing the same workouts I am even more motivated to stay on track.

  • What are you doing to keep yourself on track? Morning workouts, so I'm sure to get at least one workout in per day

    What is your favorite workout right now? I'm becoming a fan of running. I used to HATE it, but since FI asked me to try to start so he could have a running buddy eventually, I've kind of gotten into it

    What is your favorite snack? bananas lately

    How did you resist the urge?? Well...since my mom, sister, sister's boyfriend, and I all had a joint birthday celebration last night and I had my bridal shower last Friday, the urge was NOT resisted

    How did you stay motivated??I'm in a far better mood when I do morning workouts, so that helps with motivation

    I don't usually do this post...but wanted to join in this week...maybe it will help me do better! lol

    What are you doing to keep yourself on track? Weighing myself...that always motivates me to workout!

    What is your favorite workout right now? Eh...it's a mixture of running 2 miles one day, and doing a Jillian Michaels dvd (30 Day Shred) another day.

    What is your favorite snack? I eat it for breakfast since I really don't snack-I make a fruit salad (with fresh fruit that I cut up) every Sunday night that lasts throughout the week so I eat that with non-fat vanilla yogurt, and a boiled egg.

    How did you resist the urge?? This is my problem, I do not...

    How did you stay motivated?? A combination of weighing myself, and looking in the mirror...I just think how I want to be toned and not look back at our wedding pictures thinking "uuuugh"

  • What are you doing to keep yourself on track? - I canceled WW the other week and started tracking calories with myfitnesspal, which has really clicked much better for me.  I'm down 4 lbs in 2 weeks.

    What is your favorite workout right now? - TRX.  I'm DYING to start P90X, but I have to wait until we're moved into our new house.  My current house has no room.

    What is your favorite snack? - This week it's been baby carrots and hummus with roasted pine nuts

    How did you resist the urge?? - Conjuring up the nightmarish image of my ill-fitting wedding dress.

    How did you stay motivated?? - Same as above.  I oversnacked on kettle corn last night, though.... it's my kryptonite.

    Weighing myself daily

    What is your favorite workout right now?
    Running. I trim down from it so much faster than anything else. I just joined a new gym because I stopped working at my previous gym, so it's been hard to get used to new gym-mates.

    What is your favorite snack?
    Nonni biscotti. Satisy my chocolate cravings for only 100 calories

    How did you resist the urge??
    The urge to snack? I don't!

    How did you stay motivated??
     Striving to be in my best shape for a 10K I'm running in June. And thinking about all those pictures on the wedding day

    What are you doing to keep yourself on track?
    - I also cancelled my WW membership last week and started tracking calories on Lose It. Too early to see results but I'm hoping all will be ok.

    What is your favorite workout right now?
    - I do intervals of walk/run during my lunch hour at work and then do a Barre workout a few nights a week at home. I just bought a new set of workout clothes so I'm hoping that will help me stay motivated.

    What is your favorite snack?
    - fruit, light yogurt or a light cheese stick

    How did you resist the urge??
    - I can't! That's why I'm doing this!

    How did you stay motivated?? - I know I shouldn't compare, but the thought of standing next to my soon to be 16 year old step daughter in a swim suit on our family moon helps. That & just wanting to look good on my wedding day.
