A board that is very dead!

How is everyone today? Was it a productive Saturday?

We ran a bunch of errands and then I got my period, which sucks on many levels and made me cry. So now I'm curled up on the couch with cramps, a cup of tea and my computer and trying to keep my whining to a minimum because Dh isn't feeling so great about this either.

I did get the wood to fix our driveway tomorrow though, so no more losing gravel in rain storms!

I've been cleaning and running errands. We went to the dog park for a little while, which was fun. Shy had a great time. It's nice to see how far she's come since last summer.

Aw, Katie, I'm sorry you are feeling bad, both emotionally and physically. That sucks, bad! 

I got up and went to bootcamp and then tried to get work stuff done while watching TdeF and You've got Mail, and whatever else was on TV. My database kept crashing, so I wasn't as productive as I wanted to be. 

Tonight we are going to see Inception, but its a late movie (10:45), so I probably need to take a nap soon so I can stay awake.

Normally the cramping goes away after about 6 hours, so hopefully that will dull a bit soon. I'm just trying to stay positive and throwing myself into house work and weight loss. I just have to kick 5 pounds until I'm out of the 150's, a place I haven't been since graduating high school!

Oh, and today was a good day because I learned that my parents are going to buy us new carpeting for Christmas Yay!

I'm bored too. I'm sitting in MIL's house and she doesn't have a/c. It is so freaking hot here.

Yay for dryers that work! We got our washer/dryer for $40 on the side of the road, and they aren't perfect but still make me happy. I love being able to just throw it in whenever and leave it if I want to. No more quarters for me!

I think I would die without AC Duds. It was 101 today and it felt cool compared to how it's been lately.

It is AWFUL. It is cooler outside than it is inside, but mosquitos are out.

So we make you a little wooden frame, cover it in mosquito netting, and you move it around everywhere you go

We have had a productive day.  I bought bras, and got new tennis shoes so pray with me that my calves won't be sore after I get home from the gym.  I also took a 3 hour nap.  I hadn't really planned to, just did.

Today I saw my FI get smacked in the head with a rotting package of bacon. Maggots and all.

We cleaned out the garage of the home we are moving into, and we hauled over 1,000 pounds of garbage to the dump today. FI is already passed out cold.

I was nearly successful in my attempts to not move from the couch all day.  I had to do the dishes, though   H is working so I'm watching the House marathon on Bravo.

Has anyone made a heating pad out of rice before? How much rice and how long did you heat it for?

Katie...I can relate...feel like blah and been having a crazy headache for 2 days.

Went to get place cards and decorative small bags for my favors for the guest. All and all its been a lazy Saturday for FI and I.

Also! I have 7 more days until my wedding.

My mom and I had an awesome girl's day since my FI and Dad went scuba diving together. 

We spent the day by the pool drinking a ton a different beers and eating some yummy chicken and salad.  It was lovely.  I'm now home trying to make myself do homework.

Yesterday (my saturday) was a fun day; lunch with my MOH and her FI, and then rollerskating with our friends and their kids, then dinner at their house. Fun despite stacking it on the roller skating rink!
