I love the dress. #3 or that red pair. I'm thinking 3 because the shoes have so much personality, and really seem to fit you.

Oh no! I hope you don't think I was being rude.  Someone said the shoes reminded them of the NCIS girl, Mizery said she didn't know who she meant.  If I missed the offensive nature of the reference, sorry Mizery! I think your style is pretty kickass. :)

1 is way too chunky to wear with a skirt. I think that 3 are really cute. The issue with 2 and 3 is the ankle strap. Ankle straps aren't always the most flattering with skirts, then can make people look shorter. The thicker the strap, the more this is an issue. I saw these. They combine a lot of the elements you seem to like but with the skinnier heel and skinnier ankle strap they might be more flattering.

Have you considered buying a pair of simple patent leather peep toes in a wacky color? I personally love that look with more "alternative" clothes. It's also more versatile with re-wearing the shoes with other outfits. I've seen people do this look with bright turqoise or hot pink or bright yellow.
