Hello Ladies!

Is everyone happy it is Friday? (Except for all the people who work on Saturday...sorry).

My time has come it appears...not going to work today. Going to tackle the last few things that need to get done, then get a mani, pedi, have dinner with my MOH and then start to set up the halls.

Not sure when I will be back online with pics (as soon as I can I swear but if it is Sunday my then DH might either kill me or leave me for being on TK within 24 hours of the wedding...he has limits!) but I wanted to thank the SB crew for all their advice and help walking down off cliffs, esp. the last couple of weeks. I don't care what BSC newbs say, you guys aren't all biatches...:)

Now what do the rest of you have on tap this weekend?

I'm getting engagement photos made today. I just realized how unprepared I am. I don't know how else to prepare except pick outfits and do your nails, but I guess since I've been so busy with other stuff, it snuck up on me, making me feel not ready.

I don't think H and I have plans this weekend, but I could be wrong.  I'm hoping to catch up on the sleep I missed out on this week, and I'm still hoping to go to the apple orchard sometime soon.  Maybe this weekend will be good for it.

Not much today.  FI has to work tomorrow for a little bit, so I'll probably knock out some more wedding stuff.  I have a MSP Knot GTG on Sunday, and we're hopefully meeting with my aunt (officiant) to go over wedding stuff too.

Yay for Friday.  We're going to get a cord of firewood from a friend's property (exciting) tomorrow, then who knows what on Sunday.

Whoever posted the recipe for 1 box devils food cake mix + 1 can pumpkin = muffins, thank you!  I made mini-muffins, and they are little bites of amazing deliciousness.  Especially since I may or may not have added a little dab of cream cheese frosting on top.

B, I LOVE your new sig.

I'm a little bummed, but also excited for the weekend.  We've had this weekend planned to go BM dress shopping, but two have bailed out.  Oh well, I'm sure we'll still have a good time and hopefully find dresses.  Then we're having some people over for the UFC fight Sat. night.  Not a super exciting fight card, but it's finally a free one so what the hell. 

I'm super pissed off at my neighbors because they've gone on vacation for two weeks with some friends.  Well they had their friends park in front of my house.  They have no cars in front of theirs, or in their driveway.  The jerk offs parked right in the middle too, so I can't fit behind or in front of it.  So I have to park at their house across the street and 3 houses over.  I might see if when the boys are over for the UFC fight any of them feel like trying to pick up the car and moving it so I can fit my truck back in front of my house.

I'm sure you're joking, but be careful with this.  My brother and some friends picked up and moved one of their friend's cars in high school and somehow the car ended up with a little bit of body damage.  The guy was going to sue everyone involved until they agreed to just pay for the damages.

Yay number!  I can be at your venue in 20 minutes from my house, so, y'know, if you need an extra butt, lemme know.  My step-brother used to work at Knollwood in the summers!

I'm hoping to get away from work early today.  I was here for an extra 2 hours last night.  We'll see.

We have nothing planned this weekend. DH leaves me on Sunday for Minnesota he'll be back Tuesday. I know he wants to paint and get the garage organized. What fun!

I'm joking, that was a concern for me, and I figured it would be my luck we'd set an alarm off and have to listen to it for 3 days until the battery died.  These people just piss me off, they always use my house as a parking lot.  I've actually called the cops twice once because they completely blocked my drive way with a boat, on Christmas morning so I couldn't leave to get to my parents.  The second time because her brother parked his dump truck in my yard.  It was too big to fit on the street and give enough passing room, so he pulled the right half of it up in my yard.  It had just rained and the big ass tires destroyed the front of my yard.  The reason they don't park these pieces of junk in front of their own house...because they are junky cars that leak misc fluids and they don't want it to look trashy in front of their house.

I am ridiculously happy that today is Friday. And to top it off, one of my coworkers moved her desk across the room and left me her chair...and her chair is soooo comfortable. I feel like I'm sitting on a little cloud at my desk. 

Sometimes it's just the little things, huh?

Number - I can't believe its down to 1 day. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I can't wait to see pics.

I'm extremely happy its Friday. Its been a long week, and I'm HOPING to wrap up these taxes, so I don't have to worry about them on Monday.
I'm meeting SIL to hopefully find some vases today during lunch. I need to do laundry something fierce, but FI may have made plans for us to hang out with some people.... meh.
I do work tomorrow from 9-2, but its just makeovers, so it won't be bad.
Other than that, just little wedding projects (making pew bows, stuffing invites, finishing pomanders, etc) need to get done.

DMiller- See this didnt fly where I used to live. I had one person do this, I lived in the county so there were no siedwalks, I went off when people would park in front of my house. I can be really mean, so they only made the mistake once.

I didnt mind if my neighbors asked me first, and made sure I could still get in and out of my drive. But the lack of respect for your yard, and space would just piss me off. You want me to come down there?

KD, This woman is out of control, when I've mentioned to her several times that it's really rude her response it always "It's a public street, buy the neighborhood if you don't want anyone to park there."  She's just a nasty person.  One of the elderly guys that lives about 6 or so houses down from me had a stroke and while he was at a nursing home recovering, she called the city and had him fined for not trimming his bushes back away from the sidewalk.

See I'm pretty sure even it being a public street it cant be her personal parking lot. So tell her if she wants to park her cars in front of other peoples houses she should buy the street.

Good morning. I'm here; but feel like I'm not. J leaves tomorrow for 4 days away. Max is gonna make me crazy. He's going to day camp tomorrow; you bet your sweet bippy.
I've woken up every.single.night. this week when J's either come upstairs to get Max or gotten in bed at 1 or 2. And, if I'm not deep asleep and he turns on the TV, it totally wakes me up. Doc's going to have to change my sleep meds. I look - and feel - like a zombie.

After the city came out to investigate everyone spoke up and explained the situation, before the city worker could even say anything two neighbors were out with clippers taking care of it.  It's crazy.  She'll go through phases when she's really bad for 2 months, then she's fine no problems for the next 6 months.  It seems like when it starts to get cold she gets crazy.  Temperature induced insanity?  I asked the cops when the dump truck ordeal happened and they basically told me that I can't do anything about it.  They also told me to definitely not put out spike strips lol. I hate when cops spoil the fun.  Oh well, hopefully we'll be moving in the next year and we can off load the house onto some thugs that will rough her up j/k....well kind of.

Yeah we had a neighbor who ran rough shod over the neighborhood. I was always the one in his face. He went so far as to cut the collar off a nieghbors dog, take it and dump it somewhere. By the time he sobered up and made amends to the nieghbors, he moved. So we had years of fun.

Maybe she's bi-polar? It would explain the manic phases. And according to law, the street may belong to the city, but your yard is yours you could file charges an make him pay for damages.
I've been googling, cause I'm curious now.

I am irritated today.  My mom sent me a text message this morning with another address of someone to send an invitation to.  She's been doing this ever since I sent them out, and doesn't seem to understand why this looks bad.  They went out two weeks ago.  Our RSVP date is MONDAY.  And the people she wanted me to invite this morning were originally on the guest list, she told me at the last minute not to invite them.  *rage*

I overslept this morning - but at least it's Friday.  Ben and I are going home this weekend for our last marriage classes.  Woo woo!
